This morning I laid out the scariest thought: BTC is now at 77634, just one step away from 77000. If it breaks through, will long positions cascade and directly revert to the scene of October 30? Don't rush to be scared by it; I'll list the conditions one by one. First, positions need to accumulate. The total network position is 136.09 billion, down 0.38% in one day. BTC positions fell 1.34%, ZEC dropped 3.64%, ETH and SOL only increased by 0.48% and 1.59% respectively. Positions haven't accumulated, so what would cause a cascade 😏. Second, volume needs to keep up. One-day turnover is 70.066 billion, down 68.09% from the previous day. The total liquidation volume is 48.72 million, a change of -91.30%. The largest liquidation is ETH at 7.2759 million, BTC only 5.0735 million, SOL and ZEC combined less than 3 million. With volume this low, a stampede has no fuel. Third, sentiment needs to be one-sided. Long vs short is 50.12 to 49.88, basically even; the large account ratio on a certain exchange is 2.72, but the position ratio is only 1.72. More people are shouting long, but positions are light; BTC balance on exchanges dropped by 8116 coins, leaving 2.461 million coins. The coins are not piling up on exchanges either. None of these three conditions are met. The theoretical extreme is just theoretical. I can't calculate its probability, so I don't take it as a direction. The three risk rules are fixed: don't max out your position, don't chase orders at the threshold, and don't add drama before liquidation numbers expand 😅.New on-chain 200 million U hedge position! The strategy is very clever: short BTC and SOL, and go long ETH in reverse🔥 This is not a one-sided bet on price rise or fall, but a standard hedging approach. Currently, all three positions are floating profits and are steadily earning funding fees. 📊 Position breakdown ✅ BTC short|30X full position -230.67 BTC, worth 17.9016 million U|Opened at 78,244.4 U Floating profit +147,300 U, funding fee +280,000 U Margin 596,700 U, liquidation price 201,957.14 U ✅ ETH long|25X full position +1,526.16 ETH, worth 3.4462 million U|Opened at 2,224.97 U Floating profit +50,600 U, funding fee +698.63 U Margin 137,800 U, no liquidation price ✅ SOL short|20X full position -47,700 SOL, worth 4.571 million U|Opened at 99.841 U Floating profit +193,100 U, funding fee +10,400 U Margin 228,500 U, liquidation price 689.61 U Key to understanding his logic: He expects BTC and SOL to be under pressure but does not short ETH, betting on divergence among the coins. Short the highly volatile assets while holding a long ETH position as protection, using hedging to reduce the risk of one-sided heavy losses. A whale’s hedge position ≠ the market will necessarily move as he expects; it only indicates that there is currently capital betting on sector strength divergence!$CT delivery still has 50 minutes to arrive, and I'm staring at this CT chart, feeling overwhelmed. Looking at the daily trend combined with the 1-hour micro movement, this is simply a "poison" that is despairing yet tempting. 【Hardcore review of this "bull trap meat grinder"】: First, the macro trend: the daily chart has plunged from 0.6365 to 0.1464, a 71% drop in 30 days! The moving averages are in a bearish alignment, pressing down tightly, MACD is deeply in the red with a death cross, a classic one-sided decline, the overall direction is definitely dominated by bears. But the most ridiculous thing is the data: retail long accounts are as high as 66.32%, all catching knives against the trend, a typical "bulls won't die, but the price keeps falling" scenario. Next, the 1-hour micro chart: after bottoming at 0.1262, the price is now grinding upwards steadily along MA20 and MA60 with constant volume. Although MACD barely forms a golden cross near the zero line, the red bars show no volume at all, and the resistance around 0.15 is like a steel plate of trapped positions pressing down, a typical "volume-less rise in a bear market." This chart is a manipulator patiently waiting! The big trend is down, the smaller timeframe is sideways, just tricking stubborn retail bulls to go long, ready to wipe them out with a big bearish candle at any time. Using the toughest logic to catch the sharpest knife. Brothers, in this scenario of daily plunge plus high-level stubborn longs, are you going to stay out and watch for a reversal, or stubbornly jump in to try your luck? #BTC持续震荡,后续走势受多重因素影响 #OKX, ICE, and Trade.xyz join forces to promote perpetual contracts entering the US compliant market "Compliance integration" of on-chain perpetuals, not just a simple product launch The key to the tripartite cooperation among OKX, ICE, and Trade.xyz is not that perpetual contracts are finally entering the US, but how they enter. ICE is the parent company of the NYSE, serving as the exclusive operator and clearinghouse, and strategically investing in Trade.xyz; Trade.xyz provides an on-chain engine based on Hyperliquid; OKX is responsible for retail distribution through a joint venture. This is a direct adoption of traditional compliance infrastructure by an on-chain high-frequency engine, rather than a one-way convergence of DeFi toward TradFi. Perpetual contracts had a global trading volume exceeding $90 trillion in 2025, accounting for three-quarters of crypto derivatives, yet have long remained outside US regulation. Once the compliance channel opens, hedge funds, market makers, and high-net-worth capital, previously forced offshore due to compliance constraints, will gain their first local compliant access. This poses direct competition to offshore platforms and on-chain Perp DEXs, but at the cost of product standardization and entry restrictions—permissionless leverage innovations and long-tail assets will still remain in native on-chain scenarios. Kraken's parent company Payward is simultaneously competing for CFTC-regulated HIP-3 deployer qualification, indicating this track has entered a path competition phase. Everything still awaits CFTC approval; it is not a freer offshore environment but institutionalized growth under the traditional compliance system.Today is Sunday, and the US stock market is closed, but the pressure facing the crypto sector has not been fully relieved. Last Friday, the Nasdaq dropped 2.86%, the S&P 500 fell 1.82%, and crypto-related stocks like Coinbase and Strategy declined by 7%–11%. Tech stocks were sold off due to concerns over AI investment returns, compounded by security incidents in the crypto industry, clearly dampening market risk appetite. ① ETF funds suddenly saw a large-scale withdrawal. On October 30, the US BTC spot ETF had a net outflow of $643.2 million, and the ETH spot ETF had a net outflow of $155.7 million. BTC had previously seen net inflows for four consecutive trading days, but then experienced a large reversal in just one day. I think this is more worth noting than short-term price fluctuations. If outflows continue next week, institutional funds may struggle to provide sufficient support; but if funds quickly flow back in, it could ease market pressure. ② A $6.3 billion security incident showed a positive development. On October 31, the involved leading exchange stated it had replenished about 90% of the stolen assets, with the remaining 10% mainly being less liquid tokens, and plans to resume withdrawals on Sunday. This at least indicates substantial progress in compensation efforts. However, replenishing assets does not mean trust has been fully restored; whether withdrawals can proceed normally and whether reserves can be independently audited are the real tests. ③ On Monday next week, US macro data is coming again. At 23:00 on November 2, the US will release the October ISM Manufacturing PMI. Last month, the manufacturing PMI was 54.5, but the prices sub-index was as high as 77. ETF data from the same day had two versions, morning and evening, differing by 3 times. 10/30 US spot BTC ETF: The earlier version reported a net outflow of about $209 million, with the IBIT column empty; after correction, it showed a net outflow of $643 million, with IBIT at -$234 million and FBTC at -$201 million, marking the largest single-day outflow since June, wiping out the approximately $441 million inflow from the previous four days, resulting in a net outflow of about $200 million for the whole week. The discrepancy was because IBIT had not finished reporting. So now I require AI to follow three fixed rules when compiling ETF data: 1. Each number must be labeled with the date and whether all funds have reported. 2. Cross-check with at least two sources; if they don't match, list the discrepancies instead of averaging. 3. If a fund's value is missing, alert me directly instead of treating it as zero. I believe AI's greatest value is not to provide conclusions but to help me quickly spot "where things don't match." Before making any real judgments, I still review the original tables myself. Currently, $BTC is around 77,000, funding rate about 0.01%, sentiment index in the panic zone. At times like this, even a half-finished data set can mislead judgments. What tools do you use to verify data when doing research? Have you ever been misled by "initial version numbers"?When the oil pot of the Strait of Hormuz boils, all the burners in the kitchen tremble — Brent crude closed at $117.64 per barrel, a six-month high. This isn’t just sprinkling pepper; it’s like pouring a whole spoonful of chili oil into a hot pan. Qatar, acting as the middleman, has been simmering a rich broth in Tehran for twelve hours, while also negotiating the heat with the White House, trying to reopen direct talks between the US and Iran; but Washington demands nuclear concessions, and Tehran wants the blockade lifted and sanctions removed first. The lid is lifted, but the food is still raw, and no agreement has been reached. More troubling is the rumor of possible military action after the midterm elections and another strike on oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz, which is like smashing the oil bottle on the stove, making purchase orders red-hot, and the energy supply at the bottom of the pot starting to burn. In this investment menu, the biggest fear is that the front dishes are cooked well, but the oil temperature gets out of control later. Mainstream coins are the main course and must fill the plate; altcoins are the seasoning, enhancing flavor but can easily overpower the original taste with a careless hand; leveraged contracts are the extra spicy chili, too much and it’s not an appetizer but a gut-burning fire. The triple-leveraged long semiconductor tokens in the US stock market are more like wrapping a hearty dish in chili powder and then deep-frying it: semiconductors themselves are the solid main dish in tech, but triple leverage turns it from a steak into a fried chili steak, crispy outside but raw inside. High oil prices push up transportation, manufacturing costs, and inflation expectations. If interest rates—the salt—are sprinkled heavily again, tech’s high valuations will shrink first, and triple leverage will amplify that shrinkage into burnt edges. The linkage logic isn’t mystical; it’s the fire passed along in the kitchen: when the oil pot heats up, it first burns the procurement, then the menu, and finally the high-valuation tech, the carefully plated main dish; triple spiciness makes diners sweat before they even pick up their chopsticks. In my line of work, I look at the menu first to see if the main dish can hold the scene, then if the seasoning steals the show, and finally if the chili numbs the tongue. This triple-leveraged long semiconductor dish isn’t for an empty stomach; high oil prices, geopolitical heat, and heavy interest rate salt—any bite could turn the pot’s aroma into a burnt taste. Qatar’s mediation is like simmering the broth to reduce the heat; if it works, it cools things down; if not, the news of oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz is like throwing dry chili into the pot, and this spoonful of spicy oil risk in energy will splash onto the plate of tech’s main dish. This pot isn’t lacking salt now; there’s still a bucket of gasoline by the stove. #qatarmediatesusiranBut ETH also has real issues: 927 million long liquidations are waiting below 2251, ETFs had a net outflow of 1.35 billion in October, 56,000 early ETH are migrating to exchanges, 94,000 whale longs are bleeding out in liquidations, Glamsterdam delayed pulling the narrative anchor, and ETH/BTC had already dropped 13% before the Binance incident. 2250 is not the "bottom." 2250 is where the "trigger for $927 million long positions" is located. If 2251 is broken on the daily close, the liquidation engine will push the price down by itself. If 2251 holds and ETF outflows converge, there is room for a recovery back to 2400—but the premise is that ETH/BTC must first stop that 13% bleed. Don't talk about bottom fishing above the trigger for $927 million long positions. First watch 2251 and whether it can hold on the daily close. (The above content does not constitute investment advice. The market has risks; only those alive have the right to talk about the future.) $ETH $BTC $ZEC #美联储官员释放加息信号,12月预期仍存分歧 #OKX、ICE与Trade.xyz联手,推动永续合约进入美国合规市场 #加密行业协同守护资产安全 #Federal Reserve officials signal rate hike, December expectations still divided $BTC Based on current information, the future outlook can be broken down into three levels: baseline path, scenario simulation, and structural differentiation. The core judgment is: the December rate hike itself is no longer the biggest variable; the real divergence lies in "what happens after this hike." --- 🧭 Baseline path: rate hike in December, then entering a "true period of uncertainty" Multiple institutions (CICC, Shenwan Hongyuan, most Wall Street views) consider a 25 basis point rate hike in December as the baseline scenario, with a probability maintained around 80%. If implemented, the federal funds rate will rise to 4.00%–4.25%. But the key is not December. The market currently vaguely believes the script is "pause in October, hike once in December, then shift next year," and the Fed’s turning point will not happen because of risk asset declines—it will wait until high-yield bond spreads explode, banks tighten credit, and companies truly cannot borrow money before yielding. This means that after the December hike, interest rates will remain high longer than the market currently prices in. This is the core constraint facing liquidity. $TRX hackers have completely treated $TRX as a stealth laundry this time. Watching the on-chain data, 120 million $TRX (about over 30 million USD) is being crazily split and transferred by automated scripts. Once such a large amount of stolen funds starts to cash out, the secondary market's buy orders simply can't absorb it. Currently, the price on the market has been hammered down from 0.339 to around 0.305 and is moving sideways, with short-term moving averages all showing consecutive bearish candles under pressure. If the stolen funds aren't cleaned, this selling pressure will remain a looming threat, and the resistance zone at 0.31 now looks tougher than iron. #TRX $TRX 👇ETH is now around 2250. That voice in your head is asking: "It has dropped to 2250, is it time to buy the dip?" First, answer three questions: First, will the $927 million long liquidation below 2251 be triggered? This is the core question. If the daily close effectively breaks below 2251, the $927 million liquidation engine will activate. And the liquidation price for that 94,000 ETH whale is between 2122 and 2129, which is the next "physical death line." Second, when will the ETF money return? There was a net outflow of 1.35 billion over 17 days in October. Until the ETH/BTC exchange rate stops falling and institutions are willing to pay a premium for ETH again, there is no reason for ETFs to massively flow back. Third, where is your stop loss? From 2250 to 2200 is a 2.2% drop. From 2250 to 2477 (the short liquidation trigger line) is a 10% rise. The odds seem to favor the bulls, but downward movement only requires Binance rumors to continue to ferment or a daily close to break below 2251. $BTC $ETH $ZEC #美联储官员释放加息信号,12月预期仍存分歧 #OKX、ICE与Trade.xyz联手,推动永续合约进入美国合规市场 #加密行业协同守护资产安全 Application revenue linked to token buybacks does not mean that the more buybacks, the better. Genius Terminal announced an expansion of GENIUS's ecosystem use cases, introducing a buyback and burn mechanism based on application revenue, along with new benefits such as transaction fee discounts for token holders. I think the direction is somewhat positive, but what truly impacts long-term value is how the revenue is allocated, not how flashy the burn action is. The meaningful aspect of this design is that it brings tokens closer to application usage: the fee discount gives users a practical reason to use it, while revenue buybacks provide another connection. I prefer to understand it as an adjustment to the operational mechanism rather than an independent price catalyst. Whether the application is attractive remains the foundation. However, the same revenue can be allocated differently. This is my speculation: if buybacks squeeze investment in product iteration and user services, it may look lively in the short term but could weaken revenue sources in the long term. Conversely, if the application retains users and still has the capacity to sustain buybacks, this cycle is more solid. Therefore, rather than the amount of tokens burned, I want to know how this arrangement balances token holders and users. If you were to set the revenue allocation principles, would you prioritize product investment or stable buybacks? Under what circumstances would you change your choice?【Tracking the Entire 6.3 Billion Stolen Funds: Will the Hacker's Coins Crash Your Market?】 The market is recovering, BTC back to 77,400, ETH above 2,250, but many people have a lingering question: Where did the stolen coins go? Will they cause a market crash? On-chain data provides a clear answer. 1️⃣【The money is split into three parts】Of the 6.3 billion, about 2.8 billion stablecoins (USDT/USDC, etc.) were directly frozen by issuers and are immovable; about 38 million was rescued by various chain project teams; the amount actually held by hackers is about 2.4 billion — 18,270 BTC, 500,000 ETH, 970,000 SOL, 230 million XRP. 2️⃣【Part of it has already been dumped】On the same day, hackers sold about 431 million through DEXs and also deposited 60 million USDT into Aave as collateral to borrow 20,000 ETH to launder. This wave of selling pressure has already been absorbed by the market. 3️⃣【Will there be another wave of concentrated dumping? Low probability】The reason is practical: hacker addresses are marked by Arkham, Chainalysis, and the entire industry, instantly frozen upon entering any exchange. This group is suspected to be North Korea's Lazarus, known for slowly mixing and laundering coins over years, not a one-shot deal. The real threat is chronic selling pressure, not a flash crash. 4️⃣【On Binance's side】They have replenished 90% of the stolen assets with their own funds, mainstream coins are 100% fully covered, withdrawals resumed today, and the proof of reserves will be revealed on November 2. The panic index is still at 30, put options hedging ratio is 1.93, smart money has not yet relaxed. $BTC $ETH I'm currently looking at token rights updates, and my first reaction is to add conditions to my watchlist rather than add points. A small flaw in self-learning quantitative analysis: the more it looks like good news, the more I want to break down where it might fail. 🤖 Genius Terminal announced expanding the use of $GENIUS within the ecosystem, introducing a buyback and burn mechanism based on application revenue, and adding benefits like token holding fee discounts. I focus more on whether a verifiable link can be formed between revenue and the token, rather than the burn action itself. If I were to write it as a strategy, I would set it as: if subsequent verification of application revenue and corresponding buyback and burn execution can be sustained, then increase observation priority; otherwise, keep it at the announcement event level. This is my own observation rule, not a price prediction. The advantage of this rule is that it can filter slogans: buyback funds depend on application revenue, so business usage becomes a prerequisite. Fee discounts may affect user choices; if they bring sustained usage, then the revenue side may gain support, which is my speculation. The flaw is also obvious: revenue growth does not necessarily mean token demand will increase, and discounts may just reduce fees for existing users. The material has not yet provided buyback ratios, frequency, or discount details, so I will not directly record "increased use" as "increased value" for now. The next step is to focus only on rule implementation and execution records. Is the October curse back again? But this time, what really deserves attention might not be BTC's own candlestick chart. Do you still remember that relaxed feeling of "Uptober is secured" at the beginning of the month? I certainly do. BTC opened October at $83,624, touched $87,220 mid-month, and during those days even the emojis in the group chat turned pink. But at the end of the month, a black swan event struck, pushing the price back down to around $77,400, a drop of about 7% within the month. If it closes around here tomorrow, this will be the worst October since 2015, and last November it had just dropped 17.6%. Falling into trouble during the same period for two consecutive years, no wonder the sentiment shifted from anticipation to sighing. However, the misconception I want to point out is this: many people attribute this pullback entirely to "October being unlucky" or some security incident, then conclude that "crypto itself is deteriorating." My feeling while watching the market is quite the opposite; this looks more like a passive risk reduction triggered by cross-market linkage rather than a collapse of a single narrative. The trigger line came from an external shock, risk appetite contracted first, and only then did it transmit to the coin price. In other words, the market is not trading on "Uptober failure," but on "tail risk being repriced." The transmission path is actually quite clear. External risk-off sentiment rises, leverage is squeezed first, BTC as a high-beta asset is quickly liquidated, ETH and altcoins follow down but with thinner support, and the strength difference between sectors is amplified. On the surface, it looks like a broad decline, but looking closely, places with poor liquidity fall faster and hesitate more on rebounds. There is a second-level impact here that is easy to overlook: the month-end closing lineThe biggest fear for small companies is when clients say they want to settle payments, but you have to scramble to free up funds first. This message reminded me that no matter how impressive the input-output ratio is, you must keep a risk reserve fund that can be accessed at any time; cash flow cannot just exist on paper. The API snapshot on October 31 shows that the Jupiter Lend treasury's $USDC deposit debt scale is 441 million tokens, of which 6.3% can be withdrawn immediately, with instant withdrawal liquidity rising to 27.9 million tokens. I see this as an improvement in short-term turnover buffering, but it cannot yet be taken as a full endorsement of the business condition. The reason is practical: debt claims are not the same as cash. When ordinary users need money temporarily, the proportion that can be withdrawn is more useful than the book size; a single snapshot also cannot show whether funds can be continuously rotated. If withdrawal demands concentrate, whether this buffer is sufficient remains questionable—this is my speculation. I will continue to monitor whether the withdrawable proportion can sustain improvement and will not substitute a one-time increase for a risk reserve.I don't play with high leverage, and when I see buyback and burn, I don't rush to treat it as a market switch. After holding spot assets for a long time, what I care more about is: is this news changing the long-term value, or just adding fuel to short-term sentiment. Genius announced that it will use part of the App's revenue to buy back and permanently burn $GENIUS from the market. Holders can enjoy fee discounts in the future. Those holding at least 1,000 tokens can get certified, appear as top Genius within the App, and may participate in future airdrops and other in-app benefits. My judgment is that this is a signal of a long-term mechanism, but not yet an operating report card. Revenue determines the source of buybacks; if product usage continues to increase, then buybacks may have more solid support, which is my speculation; conversely, when revenue is under pressure, this mechanism won't create purchasing power out of thin air. The fee discount gives holders more reason to use it, but certification and possible airdrops cannot be directly equated with users willing to stay long-term. As for me, I'm a slow and steady holder who won't erase operational risks from the ledger just because there's a burn mechanism added. What I want to see next is whether revenue and buybacks can continue to correspond, and remind myself: no matter how good the mechanism sounds, it's not worth using high leverage to bet on the speed of realization. About $70,000 is the nominal position, not the principal. Seeing this $NEAR short position, many would think it's a heavy bet on a decline. I think the opposite: the amount doesn't support that conclusion. First, roughly calculating with 10x leverage, the initial margin is about $7,000; second, since the total account equity isn't provided and the position ratio is unclear, it's impossible to judge how heavy this bet is. I'll watch the subsequent position changes first and won't speculate on the wallet's determination. On October 30, ZachXBT and SlowMist both pointed to the Lazarus Group. On October 31, Trump said "an investigation is underway." On November 1, the FBI officially identified North Korea as responsible. On the same day, Trump changed his stance: "Not yet certain." The FBI says it’s North Korea. The president says "uncertain." The $6 billion asset recovery overnight shifted from a criminal case to a diplomatic bargaining chip. Now to the main point: how exactly did the money move? Step one, convert to ETH. The stolen assets were mainly exchanged for Ethereum. Why ETH? Because DeFi has the deepest liquidity, the most mixing options, and the densest cross-chain bridges. ETH isn’t a "better currency," it’s a better laundering solvent. Step two, use cross-chain bridges. SlowMist tracked that the stolen TRX was transferred via Bitget Wallet’s cross-chain bridge. Cross-chain bridges are currently the weakest link in anti-money laundering systems—they sit in the regulatory gaps between two chains, each side regulating partially or not at all. Step three, infrastructure reuse. This step is the most painful. The target address receiving funds was previously used by the Phemex hacker. And the Phemex hacker and Bybit attacker both belong to Lazarus. To translate: they’re not using new tools, but old pipelines. The same laundering channel that cleaned Phemex’s stolen funds, then Bybit’s, is now laundering Binance’s $6 billion. This is not an isolated attack. It’s a monetization pipeline that’s already operational and being reused at scale. Step four, DeFi protocols and instant swaps to finish. The FBI expects further laundering through DeFi and instant swaps. By this stage, the money has been fragmented into tens of thousands of transactions, scattered into liquidity pools—visible on-chain but unrecoverable. So what is the FBI really saying in their announcement? They’re saying: money laundering has become "infrastructural." Previously, anti-money laundering focused on exchange deposit addresses. Now hackers break the money apart, stuffing it into cross-chain bridges, RPC nodes, DeFi pools, instant swaps—each step is a legitimate infrastructure, each only slightly abused. Freezing a single exchange address can’t even block 1% of their laundering route. That’s why the FBI’s interception list has extended down to node operators and DeFi service providers. Not because they want to control them, but because without it, tracking is impossible. $BTC $ETH $SOL $95.2776, the average transaction price of this newly added short position concerns me more than the "experts bearish" sentiment. Odds depend on the entry point; having the same direction does not mean the risk-reward is the same. Odaily also mentioned that this address has considerable cumulative profits, and after this increase, it holds 250,000 SOL short positions. My judgment is that this news is not enough to significantly raise my expectation of a SOL decline. It shows that an address has increased its short exposure but does not explain stop-loss or exit conditions. If the price has already deviated from their entry point, following the direction could also entail worse odds; this is my inference, not a market conclusion. For me, only when I can explain the reason for the decline, limit losses, and the potential space sufficiently covers the risk, is the judgment worth considering. Using others' profits to boost my own win rate results in unclear expected value. I would rather miss out than borrow the position of a big player to bolster my confidence. The long-short ratio is 6.92, it doesn't mean the bulls have increased. $SNDK still has about 10% room before the 1000 support level. Some people already can't hold back. How is this number calculated: 6.92 is the number of long positions divided by short positions. The smoother the drop, the more bottom-fishers there are, and the higher this number gets. One step further: The drop before July already exhausted a round of bottom-fishing sentiment. This time the drop is smooth because no one is catching below. Veteran traders aren't rushing in, not because they see it clearly. They know this kind of drop isn't over yet. Stop-loss orders are placed just above 1000, the positions are already set. #闪迪业绩超预期并宣布拆股,股价跌逾13% #$SNDK #SoftBank Group Increases Stake in OpenAI, Earnings Report Focuses on Investment Returns SoftBank's bet on OpenAI has shifted from a "gamble" to a book reality. By fiscal year 2026, the cumulative investment commitment reaches $64.6 billion, holding about 13% equity. The latest earnings report shows that OpenAI alone contributed approximately $45 billion in cumulative investment gains, directly driving SoftBank's quarterly net profit to exceed expectations by six times. But the market is now focusing not on how much was earned, but "how it was earned." Jefferies analysts pointed out the core controversy: of the roughly $70 billion cash raised by OpenAI in the past year, nearly $60 billion came from SoftBank, creating a "self-reinforcing valuation loop." SoftBank's investment pushes up the valuation, and the rising valuation in turn thickens SoftBank's own book profits. This closed loop, in an environment of high interest rates and increasing scrutiny of the AI narrative, is both a positive factor and a source of risk. A more direct signal will come in the next earnings report. Vision Fund profits plummeted 99% last quarter, and OpenAI generated no investment gains that quarter. SoftBank's returns heavily rely on quarterly revaluation of OpenAI's valuation rather than cash flow dividends. This volatility combined with this volume doesn't look like a slow decline, but more like someone continuously dumping it down. CORE was also hit the same day, down 11.52%, volatility 13.61%, high 0.01544, low 0.01335, current price 0.01359. Both dropping double digits together indicates it's not an issue with a single coin, but that this type of asset was drained of liquidity simultaneously. However, SPK's volatility is over six percentage points higher than CORE's, dumping more aggressively and with harsher swings. What concerns me more is that low point: 0.01727 and the current price 0.01728 are almost the same, closing near the lowest point, indicating selling pressure probably hasn't eased yet 😐 Are you more focused on SPK's volatility, or do you think CORE dropping together better highlights the issue? #波动雷达:币种异动观察 $SPK $BTC $CORE Don't shout reversal just because you see a rebound! Today's rally hides a huge divergence trap! Looking at the market turning green, but funds have not collectively flowed back; the fund structures of BTC, ETH, and SOL are completely torn apart! ✅BTC: Price recovery, weak support 24-hour contract net outflow of 157 million, spot outflow of 43.09 million. There was a small rebound after yesterday's drop, but incremental funds are extremely cautious. 78,000 is the lifeline; if it can't hold, all the gains are just oversold rebounds. ❌ETH: The weakest among the three, heaviest selling pressure Contract net outflow of 134 million, spot net outflow of 88.21 million, selling pressure continues to pour out. Just holding 2200 is not strong; heavy resistance at 2280–2300 ahead. Without a volume breakout, chasing highs is just taking the bag. ⭐SOL: The only one with real support! Contract funds are retreating by 6.47 million, but spot net inflow is 40.79 million! Leverage funds are withdrawing, while spot whales quietly accumulate at low levels. This is the healthiest recovery among the three. Holding 94 is necessary to have a chance to challenge the $100 psychological barrier. Key reminder: This is not a broad bull market, just a differentiated recovery! Liquidity is thin over the weekend, with a lot of fluff. Don't rush to add positions before BTC firmly holds 78,000. First, look at the densest orange bars (100x leverage) — there are two peaks. The first is between 76400 and 76700, with a maximum of 10.5 million. The second is between 78000 and 78700, also 10.5 million. What does this indicate? Both the upper and lower layers have stacked 100x leveraged long positions. The 76500 level below is the bottom-fishing longs, and the 78500 level above is the trapped longs. Next, look at the two cumulative lines: the red line (long liquidations) has dropped steadily from 69000 to nearly zero, while the green line (short liquidations) has climbed from 77000 up to 120 million. Brothers, note a change — compared to before, the bar density is clearly lower. Previously, it was common to see 30 million or 50 million per bar; now the highest is only 10.5 million. What does this mean? Some leverage has been cleared out; previously, liquidations totaled 1 billion USD, and most of what needed to be liquidated has been. The current price is 77666, sandwiched between the two layers of long positions. The 76500 level below is 1100 dollars away from the current price, and the 78500 level above is 800 dollars away. I believe the short-term trend is: first rebound to around 78500 to trigger a liquidation of the upper batch of longs, then drop down to 76500 to liquidate the lower batch of longs. The market maker sweeps back and forth like this. Avoid opening positions at 77000; both sides could be swept out. #美联储官员释放加息信号,12月预期仍存分歧 $BTC $ETH $SOL 10 tokens, 100% fully backed reserves. This is the most important line to notice in this hacking incident, more worth pondering than the $6 billion amount. The situation itself is not complicated: 60% of the loss, that is $6 billion, has already been covered by the exchange itself; about 90% of the affected assets have been replenished; the ten tokens $BTC, $ETH, USDT, BNB, $SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, ZEC are all fully backed by reserves. Why is that line more important than the amount? Because what users fear is never the hacker, but "whether I can still withdraw my coins." Theft can be absorbed over time, but not being able to withdraw is instant death. Replenishing to 90%, with all core tokens fully backed, means liquidity has not been breached, which is the trump card to keep the doors open after the incident. Mechanically, there are only two ways for this kind of event: cover the loss with your own money, or spread the loss to users. The former hurts profits, the latter hurts trust, and trust is the only asset in this business. Choosing the former essentially means buying time with cash flow. The fact that mainstream tokens like $BTC, $ETH, $SOL have not become collateral gaps indicates the problem is controlled at the accounting level, not the entire balance sheet level. One point worth considering: fully backed reserves is only a conclusion "for now." How the hacker got in, where the internal controls failed, and how many undisclosed pitfalls remain—it's still too early to judge. Full replenishment is a stopgap, not a health check report.AMD Fiscal Year 2026 Q3 earnings report will be released after the U.S. market closes on November 3, with a conference call at 5 PM Eastern Time. Company guidance: This quarter's revenue is about $13 billion, with a fluctuation of $300 million, a year-over-year increase of about 41%. Market expectations for earnings per share are about $1.94, with revenue around $13.06 to $13.08 billion. Last year, earnings per share were $1.20, revenue was $9.25 billion, with expected earnings per share growth of about 62% year-over-year and revenue growth of about 41%. Last quarter was the confidence booster: revenue was $11.54 billion, up 50% year-over-year, a record high; data center business was $6.7 billion, up 107% year-over-year, accounting for 58% of total revenue; gross margin was 56%, operating profit was $3.1 billion; earnings per share were $1.66, higher than the expected $1.63. However, the stock price dropped about 7% after the earnings report, meeting targets does not equal passing. The company has raised its revenue growth forecast for the data center server business in the second half of 2026 to over 80%. Constraints must also be clearly understood: this quarter's gross margin is expected to be around 56%, whether volume growth can maintain the gross margin is the touchstone. The only question to answer on November 3 is: Is the doubling story supported by orders and delivery pace? This quarter is not about demand, but whether supply and delivery can keep up with expectations. CPUs are the more certain part, accelerators are the flexible part: if CPUs exceed expectations and delivery pace is clear, doubling has a foothold; just talking about demand without discussing delivery and gross margin makes doubling just a slogan. #AMD财报前瞻:HeliosAI系统商业化进展 "'Partial increase in derivatives exposure,' what concerns me most is that the direction is not explained here. After learning quantitative analysis, a side effect is that when I see 'increase,' I want to ask: which variable exactly has grown? The material also mentions that Bitcoin ETF outflows reached $643 million, and the recovery will face a demand test before the November 6 employment data release. If I were to write this as a strategy, I would set a rule: if derivatives exposure increases while ETFs experience redemptions, then mark this round of $BTC recovery as 'vulnerability to be confirmed,' rather than directly labeling it bearish. My judgment is that this combination is better suited as a risk warning, not qualified to serve as a standalone directional signal. 🤖 The advantage of this rule is that it reminds me not to equate price recovery with demand recovery. If capital support weakens and the new exposure mainly comes from leveraged longs, then once the price falls, deleveraging could amplify volatility. This is my conditional reasoning; the material does not prove who holds the new exposure or which side they are betting on. The loophole is here as well: exposure may include hedging, and ETF outflows cannot directly represent demand across all channels. The most common mistake for beginners is to combine two prominent indicators into a definitive conclusion. What I want to further check next is the direction of exposure and whether capital flows are sustained; without complete information, I will leave the rule as 'unknown' for now."50.55 million liquidated in 24 hours, 35,000 people liquidated. Brothers, pay attention — compared to the previous 1.039 billion USD, now it's only 50 million, shrunk by 20 times! What does this indicate? The most panic has passed. Previously, 1 billion was liquidated in one day, now only 50 million, leverage has mostly been cleared out. Looking at the structure change — in 24 hours, longs account for 53.8%, shorts 46.2%, basically split in half. Previously, 83% of longs were liquidated, now shorts are starting to be liquidated too. More obvious in the last hour: 4.35 million liquidated, of which shorts liquidated 3.4 million, longs only 940,000. In 4 hours, shorts liquidated 5.44 million, longs 3.14 million. What does this mean? The price is rebounding, and during the rebound, shorts are being liquidated. Previously, it was a one-sided dump liquidating longs, now it’s a two-way oscillation with longs and shorts liquidating each other. The largest single liquidation was a 840,000 long HYPE position liquidated on Hyperliquid. HYPE has recently dropped sharply, retail investors tried to bottom-fish and go long, but got trapped. I believe we have now entered a bottoming phase. The liquidation volume has significantly decreased, indicating no new large funds are entering to dump the market. Next is range-bound oscillation, waiting for direction choice. #美联储官员释放加息信号,12月预期仍存分歧 $BTC $ETH $SOL It's really laughable and frustrating 😹 SanDisk was about to hit 100U, but suddenly there was a positive earnings surprise and the stock price plummeted, directly hurting the wallet! The capital market has been concerned that AI will erode Google's most profitable search advertising business. Embedding sponsored links and promotional offers directly into the AI shopping process aims to prove that AI interaction will not destroy the advertising funnel but instead can capture higher conversion rate, high-intent commercial traffic. As AI Agents begin to take over tedious information gathering and initial screening for users, the traditional "keyword bidding + ten blue links" model is becoming ineffective. Google has not simply stuffed banner ads into the chatbox but has deeply integrated sponsored content with product parameter comparisons and real-time discounts. This means future ads will no longer be rigid exposures but part of AI-assisted decision-making—AI helps users handle the dirty work of price comparison and coupon hunting, but at the final step of deciding "which brand to buy and where to place the order," commercial reach is completed through sponsored links. Many people think RWA is just about putting stocks and bonds on-chain, but the real challenge is: after going on-chain, who ensures that transactions comply with regulatory requirements? Latest news: On October 27, Further Asset Management announced the adoption of Chainlink technology to build a tokenized asset compliance platform in the Abu Dhabi Global Market. This means Chainlink is moving beyond providing price data to deeply embedding itself in the compliance infrastructure for institutional assets. First, looking at $BTC, reference price 77884, up 0.65%. 78000 remains a short-term key level; the market has yet to confirm a breakout. Next, $ETH, price 2274, up 1.37%. It is performing stronger than BTC, but 2300 still poses resistance. Finally, $LINK, reference price 11.681, up 0.55%. Its business scope continues to expand, but the price has not clearly followed. Whether it can break through $12 is worth watching. Summary: BTC is waiting for direction, ETH is attempting recovery, and LINK is competing for the infrastructure market of traditional finance going on-chain. But technology adoption does not immediately translate into token demand! Do you think LINK will break through $12 first, or BTC will stabilize above 78000 first? I still view this triangle tug-of-war from a slightly bearish perspective tonight. BTC is currently around 77,670, up only 0.19% since UTC midnight today, but the price is already close to the 24-hour high of 77,753; the proportion of long accounts in the entire market is 71.94%, and the top traders hold 63.20% long positions by holdings, with a funding rate of +0.01%. The high level can still be pushed further, but when long positions are so concentrated and the holdings have actually fallen 0.42% in the past hour, I am more concerned whether the support above is starting to thin out. ETH is around 2,265, just one step away from the intraday high of 2,268, with the 1-hour RSI showing overbought; the proportion of long accounts is 73.70%, while the recent funding rate remains at -0.0031%. This combination of "price rising, crowded longs, and funding rate not synchronously strengthening" easily gives both bulls and bears arguments and is most likely to amplify short-term divergences. If the selling pressure above continues to release, whether the market will turn back to seek liquidity near 2,234 is worth watching. ZEC is around 1,261, having touched 1,290 intraday, with the 1-hour moving average showing a bearish arrangement. Its long-short account ratio is close to balanced, but top traders hold 56.67% long positions by holdings, and long positions still accumulate under negative funding rates, making the chip battle sharper.THORChain Meets FBI: A Decentralized Gateway or a Money Printer? This time, the FBI directly named the cross-chain protocol THORChain, demanding it to block stolen funds from Binance (involving North Korean hackers). This has put THORChain under intense pressure. As is well known, THORChain has always been the preferred choice for hackers laundering money across chains, promoting censorship resistance and profiting from the hefty fees. Many exchanges previously asked it to block transactions, but it firmly refused citing decentralization (after all, blocking would be shooting itself in the foot). Now with the FBI stepping in personally, THORChain faces only two options: 1️⃣ Block: Offend hackers, and no one will dare use you for laundering money anymore, shutting down the money printer. 2️⃣ Don’t block: Openly defy the FBI, take a look at Tornado Cash’s fate... Will THORChain continue to stubbornly resist, or will it obediently back down? $UNI $ZEC The chain is running, but trust is broken: Core's underlying consensus remains intact, so why could the "future 81 years of rewards" be overdrawn in one day? The CORE token was originally designed with a block reward issuance curve that releases rewards gradually over 81 years, emphasizing long-term monetary discipline similar to Bitcoin, which is also the core support of its BTCFi narrative. The most paradoxical aspect of this incident is that the underlying block production chain relying on the Satoshi Plus hybrid consensus remained stable, on-chain transactions were confirmed normally, and the network did not experience block interruptions. However, due to a loophole in the reward distribution logic, approximately 255 million CORE block rewards belonging to future periods were prematurely released in a short time; after a hard fork reclaimed 186 million tokens, about 69 million had already flowed into external wallets and could not be recovered. The root cause lies in a blind spot in the protection boundary of BTC's hash power. Bitcoin's delegated hash power only participates in validator election scoring to determine who has the right to produce blocks, which can prevent tampering with the underlying ledger; but the hash power is not responsible for verifying "how many CORE rewards each block-producing node should be issued"—this layer of token economic code logic. It can be understood as: Bitcoin's hash power guards "who has the right to operate the printing press," but cannot control "how much the printing press prints each time." After the loophole was exposed, the project chose a non-rollback emergency hard fork to fix the code defect, protecting ordinary users' staked assets from loss, but the tokens already released could not be recovered. It was precisely this breach at the reward rule level that directly shattered the market's trust in its 81-year long-term issuance model, causing multiple exchanges to urgently suspend deposits and withdrawals. Subsequently, South Korea's Bithumb, based on the underlying mechanism...Binance resumed withdrawals today, but BTC just suffered a $643 million net outflow from ETFs. I'm choosing to observe rather than chase. Binance claims that 90% of the $6.3 billion stolen assets have been recovered, with 100% full coverage for 10 coins including BTC and ETH. Withdrawal plans will resume on 11/1. However, the US spot BTC ETF saw a net outflow of $643 million on Friday, breaking the previous 4-day net inflow of about $440 million. BTC closed at 77,198 on 10/30 (UTC), with an intraday low of 76,190, the lowest since mid-September. It rebounded to around 77,500 on Saturday, but the total network trading volume dropped about 33% in 24 hours. I think the news of asset recovery is already priced in; the low-volume weekend rebound does not indicate restored trust. The real test is whether there will be large withdrawals after withdrawals resume, and the reserve proof on 11/3. My approach is not to bottom-fish but to wait until it closes back above 81,300 (20-day moving average). If it falls below 76,190, then watch the 200-day moving average at 73,100. Core Trader 66 recently opened a $NEAR short position with a notional value of about $70,000, but the size of the position alone isn’t proof of being right on the direction. I care most about two points: roughly calculated at 10x leverage, if the price rises 5% against the position, the loss would consume about half of the initial margin, excluding fees, and that doesn’t equal the actual liquidation price; even if the direction is ultimately correct, the position might not hold through the drawdown. Another point is that this monitoring doesn’t provide stop-loss or hedging information, so I can’t tell if this position is a deliberate risk or part of an overall strategy. I don’t buy the assumption that opening a short means the price will drop. Of course, he might have timed it right. If the price weakens later and the rebound continues to be suppressed, I’ll be more convinced about this entry. USDC's scale growth is certain, but whether "growth can realize profits" depends on two leakages—reserve yield decline and distribution cost erosion. Revenue structure is highly concentrated. The market expects Q3 revenue of about $797 million and EPS of about $0.40; reserve income accounts for 94.61% of total revenue. Leakage one: reserve yield decline. The more USDC expands, the more it relies on "balance growth outpacing yield decline." Leakage two: distribution costs are structurally heavy. For every $1 of incremental reserve income, a large portion is first taken by channels. Regulation: the moat deepens, but the profit ceiling is locked. Circle's profit pool is limited to "reserve interest minus channel share," and compliance premium does not change the revenue formula. Target price ranges from $43 to $243, with a TTM P/E ratio of about 40.8 times. But in fiscal 2025, total revenue of $2.747 billion includes $2.637 billion from reserves and only $110 million from other income—the platform narrative has yet to be realized in the revenue structure. ① Month-over-month change in reserve yield (speed of interest rate transmission); ② Proportion of distribution costs to revenue (degree of channel squeeze); ③ Absolute amount and month-over-month growth of other income (whether platformization has started). If revenue exceeds expectations but profit margins continue to compress, the market will likely treat it as "good news realized"; If profit margins stabilize and other income accelerates, then there is a basis to discuss valuation framework shifts. @OKX中文 @OKX星球 #Perspectives of Palantir's financial report: can strong growth justify a high valuation Can you~ see~ it~ now~~ After the hacker incident, the leverage behavior of the three coins is completely different. ETH bulls have been holding firm above 2400, anchored by one key expectation: the Glamsterdam upgrade. This anchor broke on October 22. The Ethereum Foundation announced that the Glamsterdam upgrade, originally scheduled to activate on the Hoodi testnet on October 26, has been postponed with no new date set. The reason is that EIP-8037's interaction with mainnet smart contracts requires further investigation. The delay itself is a responsible engineering decision. But the problem lies in the timing of the delay. Prior to this, the Sepolia testnet activation was completed, and market expectations for the mainnet timeline were converging. After the Hoodi delay, the path from testnet to mainnet lost its verifiable time anchor, turning Glamsterdam from a "priced near-term catalyst" into an "undetermined long-term variable." On the downside, first watch 77050, then 76260. If this trade backfires, guess whether I'll stop loss first or admit defeat first? All of the above are my own market feelings and plans, not investment advice. #交易之声:你的经验值得被听到 Google's AI Big Bet: Cloud Business Surges 103%, So Why Does Wall Street Still Remain Skeptical? $GOOGL A tech giant with 25% revenue growth and 103% cloud business growth—why does it still face market doubts? On October 28, 2026, Google's parent company Alphabet released its Q3 earnings report. The data showed the company’s quarterly revenue reached $127.577 billion, a 25% year-over-year increase; Google Cloud revenue hit $30.709 billion, up 103% year-over-year. From a business growth perspective, this is undoubtedly an impressive report card. However, the market’s focus is not just on how fast the growth is, but on what cost this growth comes. Due to revenue and earnings per share falling short of market expectations, coupled with ongoing increases in AI capital expenditures and pressure on free cash flow, Alphabet’s performance has sparked investor discussions about its future profitability. AI is opening new growth avenues for Google, but will it become a profit engine or an expensive gamble? This is the key to understanding Google's future investment value. 1. Cloud Business Explosion: Google Is Searching for a Second Growth Engine For a long time, search advertising has been Google's most important commercial pillar. But with the rapid development of the AI industry, Google Cloud is becoming Alphabet’s new growth engine. In Q3 2026, Google Cloud revenue reached $30.709 billion, up 103% year-over-year; operating profit reached $11.121 billion, far exceeding last year’s $3.594 billion for the same period. This means the cloud business is not only expanding in scale but also generating more operating profit. The development of the AI industry fuels this growth. Enterprises training and running AI models require computing resources, data storage, cloud platforms, and related software services. Alphabet owns AI models, cloud computing platforms, and self-developed computing chips, giving it opportunities to earn revenue from multiple links in the AI industry chain. More importantly, enterprise demand for AI infrastructure may continue for many years. As long as customers keep expanding AI applications, cloud computing has the chance to gain more revenue. But it’s important to note that cloud business growth of 103% does not mean Alphabet’s overall profit will also grow by 103%. With increased data center construction, server procurement, and computing resource investment, the company also faces higher costs. Therefore, what truly matters is not how fast the cloud business grows, but whether this growth can sustainably translate into profit and cash flow. 2. AI Could Make Google or Change Its Way of Making Money Google’s biggest challenge is not whether it can develop AI, but whether AI will change its existing business model. In the past, users obtained information through search, Google displayed search results and ads, and advertisers paid for exposure and potential customers. This model has formed a mature commercial system. But generative AI is changing how users get information. Previously, users might have needed to open multiple web pages to find answers; now, AI can directly summarize information and even help users complete complex tasks. On the positive side, AI can enhance the search experience, allowing users to ask more complex questions and creating new business opportunities for Google. If AI search can attract more users while establishing an effective monetization model, Google has the chance to open new revenue streams. However, risks also exist. When users get information directly from AI answers, the role of traditional web links and ad displays may change. Even if search usage increases, it doesn’t necessarily mean each query generates more ad revenue. At the same time, AI services consume a large amount of computing resources. The more users and the more complex the requests, the higher the operating costs of the related infrastructure. This means there is no guaranteed equivalence between AI product user growth and profit growth. AI can make Google’s products more powerful but doesn’t automatically mean Google will earn more. In the future, investors need to focus on AI’s actual contribution to search ad revenue, profit margins, and cash flow—not just user numbers and technical performance. 3. Cash Flow Matters More Than Revenue Alphabet’s Q3 revenue grew 25% year-over-year, but free cash flow was about negative $9.1 billion, reflecting the pressure large-scale investments place on cash flow. The company previously forecasted full-year 2026 capital expenditures to reach $195 billion to $205 billion, and management indicated capital spending will significantly increase in 2027. These investments are closely related to AI and cloud infrastructure expansion. Building data centers, purchasing servers, and increasing computing capacity may help Google establish long-term competitive advantages. But these investments require real cash, and future returns remain uncertain. If AI demand continues to expand and cloud business profitability keeps improving, today’s investments could become an important foundation for future growth. But if capital expenditures keep rising while revenue and cash flow improvements fall short of expectations, investors may reassess the company’s valuation. Of course, a single quarter of negative free cash flow does not mean the company is in long-term financial trouble. The key is whether cash generation can improve in subsequent quarters and whether capital investments can bring corresponding returns. The second half of the AI competition is not only about who has stronger technology but also about who can more effectively convert investments into cash.
